The volumetric facade was designed for the client that obsessed with a clean-cut exterior outlook. An extension out boxy utility area is tailor-made to the client as a space for recreational and healthy purpose after back from the busy working life. Besides, a small open balcony has created contrast by giving an outdoor refreshing odour and greenery within the house.
