To revitalise the old housing block that will create a meaningful community and promote active ageing in place. Chosen site is the parking garage in front of the housing block which are not fully function most of the time, repurposing the current carpark to a new community to enhance the user experience, foster civic and local uses. As it is a housing block located right in front of the industrial park, the place is targeted to re-energize by understanding the user and resident needs, create an inclusive spaces for community bonding and support.
